• Standard Monthly Package: This package includes but is not limited to tracking and recording all transactions, reconciling of all accounts (bank, credit cards), a variety of data entry, receipt filing, job costing (where applicable), and most importantly,  monthly reporting (this includes a minimum of 3 different financial statements per month). Annual reporting will also be provided at year end for tax prep. Each package also includes a monthly consult zoom call as well as any software subscriptions and receipt management services. 
• One-Time Fees: These include things like historical clean-ups, catch ups, one-time consultations or training times, and one-time accounting software set ups.
• Add-ons: Other services we provide that may incur additional fees include monthly budgeting, monthly benchmarking, Accounts Receivable management and invoicing, Accounts Payable management and bill payment, and outsourced payroll management.
